Giving Mac, Inc. is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to creating meaningful impact in our communities through technology and wellness. What began as a program to provide Apple computers to students in need has grown into a mission that also supports veterans and first responders by installing immersive wellness systems in hospitals, care centers, and community facilities. These systems feature stunning nature films and calming content designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and mental health. By connecting students, veterans, first responders, and communities with the tools and environments they need to thrive, Giving Mac is building a future where technology and wellness come together to inspire hope, healing, and opportunity.

Our veterans gave years of their lives in service to our country—many gave far more than that. Today, too many continue to carry the invisible weight of stress, trauma, and isolation. Advancing Health and Wellness for America’s Veterans is about meeting them where they are and giving something meaningful back: moments of calm, reflection, and healing. By expanding immersive wellness environments inside VA hospitals, clinics, retirement homes, and shelters, we help transform clinical spaces into places of peace—where veterans can breathe, reset, and feel supported. These installations are offered at no cost to qualifying veteran facilities, because caring for those who served should never come with a barrier.

Marilyn Thoms Memorial Fund for Veteran Wellness
Our goal with the Marilyn Thoms Memorial Fund for Veteran Wellness is to enrich the lives of veterans by donating immersive nature film systems to veteran facilities—creating calming, restorative spaces for decompression and mental wellness. These systems promote relaxation, mindfulness, and stress relief, while supporting mental health awareness and honoring those who have bravely served our country.
