Connected Classrooms Initiative
Empowering Wisconsin's Future—One Apple Device at a Time
At Giving Mac, we believe every student deserves access to the tools and technology they need to succeed—regardless of their zip code or economic background. That’s why we launched the Connected Classrooms Initiative, a program dedicated to equipping under-advantaged K–12 students in Wisconsin with new Apple devices.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we transform contributions—whether monetary or in the form of used Apple devices—into tangible educational opportunities. Proceeds from these donations are used to fund the purchase and distribution of new iPads, MacBooks, and other essential Apple technology for students in need.
Whether learning remotely, completing assignments, or accessing digital resources, the right device can make a world of difference in a student’s ability to keep up, stay motivated, and thrive.

Why It Matters
In today’s classrooms, technology isn’t just helpful—it’s foundational. But for many students across Wisconsin, especially in rural or economically challenged districts, access to reliable technology is still out of reach. These gaps widen learning disparities and limit future opportunities.
Our Connected Classrooms Initiative is focused on changing that by:
-
Donating new Apple devices to students who need them most.
-
Supporting teachers and schools with reliable tech integration.
-
Ensuring students are equipped to learn, create, and connect—no matter where they are.
How You Can Help
-
Make a monetary gift — proceeds go toward new Apple device donations.
-
Donate a used Apple device — Your old Apple Device could help change a child’s future.
-
Sponsor a school or classroom — Partner with us for a lasting impact.
Building a More Connected Wisconsin
We’re already seeing the difference these devices make in the lives of young learners—from better attendance and engagement to boosted confidence and creativity. When you give, you're not just donating tech—you’re giving hope, opportunity, and a better path forward.
Donate or Contact Us today to learn how you can help bridge the gap and empower the next generation of learners across Wisconsin.
