How Funds are Used
At this stage, Giving Mac operates solely with volunteers, resulting in significantly reduced overhead costs. This ensures that a minimum of 82% of monetary donations directly benefit recipients in acquiring new Macs, iPads, and atmospheric systems. In the case of laptop sponsorships, approximately 92% of donated funds are allocated towards procuring and distributing new Apple MacBooks and 8% of the donated funds will go to Giving Mac program expenses.
